I have been eating so much junk and drinking so much caffeine and alcohol lately, and I haven't been going to the gym as regularly as I normally do (5 times a week, 45 minutes of cardio and a couple days of weight training). I am trying to lose about 15-20 pounds and want to lose weight the healthy way, not by starving myself or going on some crash diet. I've done all that before and now it's time to do it the right way. Anyone know a good way to start? I am 20 years old and weigh about 140 lbs with 23% bodyfat, and I would like to get that down to around 17%. I have a terrible sweet tooth so anything that will curb that would be great! Thanks in advance.

A really good detox plan is the Isagenix fat and burn cleanse system. I lost a lot of weight with their 30-day cleanse its great. Its also endorsed by a lot of doctors too. For more in-depth information on Isagenix go to http://www.louisquezada.isagenix.com/

I have been using Isagenix for about a year. I started with a 9 day program. But, depending on your health a 30 day may be better.
The 30 is a "gentler" cleanse with all the same products as the 9 day. I recommend the 30 day because it easier to change your habits over 30 days than 9 or 10.
As for other benefits,
I sleep like a baby...no lie. I had pretty bad insomnia b4.
I have more energy, mental clarity and no more aches and pains in my knees. I actually started to exercise again! I have a 4 year old boy so the energy comes in handy. Really the weight loss is a side benefit to cleansing the toxins.
The list goes on...

I love splenda! lol

one trick I had was taking high frutcose corn syrup and processed sugar out of my diet! I think it's really helped a lot. It took me a while to get a good exercise regimen down which I'm still not perfect at yet. but the biggest contributor to my weight loss has been my diet in eating whole foods!
