Hello, I live in Virginia and I am a high school student.
Due to some unexpected situations, I had to skip First month of school year, which made me unqualified for green card.
I passed Driver's ED class but since I didn't take that class enough ... I was unqualified for it...
I think I heard that I can do that somehow on the Internet or something like that.... Is there anyway that I can get the green card other than going to summer school or retaking HPE10 ?
Please help me !!! I want to drive.

I really doubt there's any other way to get the card. You should talk with somebody at a DMV branch to get more specific details about possible alternatives. But, it looks like you'll have to redo the class or wait until you're 19... sorry!
