Emotions like anxiety, anger, or fear sometimes cause uncontrollable tremors as a result of adrenalin that is released when experiencing any of these emotions. If the shaking only occurs in response to one of these emotions, then the shakes themselves are a normal response and do not indicate anything is wrong.

You may, however, have an anxiety disorder if relatively minor events are causing so much anxiety that you shake. Anxiety disorders are fairly common, and people can learn to manage them so the effects are not so severe. More info at this link:

It could be a seizure, however it could also be a phosphorous deficiency. For a long time I was really shaky and dizzy so I had blood tests done. My phosphorous was extremely low, so low in fact that the doctor said I should be laying on the floor having a seizure and basically dying (I had other serious problems that were probably causing the deficiency). Now I take phosphorous supplements and try to eat dairy every day and I'm fine. Best of luck.

It does sound like a seizure, possibly caused by stress. See a doctor: He will be able to give you an actual diagnosis and suggestions.
