Try sparkpeople.com. They have food diaries, calorie counters, excercise diaries, everything you need.
A great site for calorie counting and excercise tracking is fitday.com. They have every activity listed and how many calories you burn....even vacuuming and doing dishes is on there! They have almost every food you could think of as well, and they put it all on a pie chart for you after you enter your info. It's a great tool. Good luck~!
