My brother is 19 years old and i am 13 and He is mean to me, He blames stuff that i didn't do on me and gets me into trouble by my mom and she yells at me. What do i do to get him to stop?

Brothers can be mean sometimes. Is there something going on in his life that might make him act that way? If so, maybe its that. In this situation, just talk to him about it, and try to resolve the problem. If there's no reason for him to act this way, maybe talk to your mother about it, and explain how your brother is mean to you and blames you on everything. Maybe she could give you some advice to help him.

Tell your dad whats going on. Cry even, if you have to. He can be a great ally. He can put more on your brother than your mom can put on you. After a while, he'll get tired of getting his butt kicked by dad and he'll stop. You can make him your slave using this tactic if you want to.

Tell him that you need an older brother not a bully. Video tape him being mean to you and show it to your mom.
