Mafia is too Old school for Online stuff for enlisting members.
Try websites in NY NJ webaddress.
Best bet.

Or try NYPD files.
Chicago PD files.

THEY WOULDN'T BE STUPID ENOUGH TO DO IT ONLINE, BECAUSE IT COULD BE HACKED INTO... THAT STUFF IS ALWAYS DONE IN PERSON
