I am a freshman...There's this guy that has had his eyes on me for a while now, and he's a junior. This morning, him and his friend were talking as me and 2 of my friends were walking by. like 15 seconds later after we walked past them, I turned around to see where my friends were.(they were behind me)and when I turned around, I saw him and his friend looking at me and his friend said"why don't ya just go get her?" I didn't hear what the guy I like said, b/c I turned back around...Later at lunch, one of my friends and I were getting ready to sit down and eat luck-at the same table as him..well, I looked at him and he was looking at me. We haven't talked yet. His cheerleader girlfriend recently broke up with him for whatever reason that I have no clue...Well. what I want to know is if it's okay if I go out with him?
If so, what should I say when I first talk to him?(nothing grose)

If his girlfriend just broke up with him then you would be a "rebound" girl. I think that you should just hang back
and let him come to you.
It is okay to date a Junior........just be careful.......Junior boys
tend to look for a little more "action" then freshman boys.

Cheerleader girlfriend...- he would be totally good if he had a cheerleader girlfriend!!
I think they broke up because of you. I think he started liking you, so the cheerleader GF noticed, so they dramatically broke up!
It's better if he's tall, older, and hot! If he fits under those categories, yes, you should try out for him! Hurry, because you might not be the only one who likes him!
BTW, you should go in small steps. I think he's trying that too, but his friends keep hurrying him.

first of all, if this guy really likes you, let him ask him. Because sometimes they just do that to get your attention. second of all, make sure he isnt trying to date you just to make his old cheerleader g/f jeoulus or anything. if you think this guy is ok, sure i guess. but a lot of boys who arent really in the same age group are so not to be trusted. and when he breaks your heart, dont come asking on Y!A about it.I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK!
