How can suicide or homosexuality be a sin if it is not that person's fault because of how their minds are? If it is a mental disorder or biological defect and out of their control how can they deserve hell for that?

DO NOT say because the Bible says so- I want reasons, I already know the Bible says so. I want to know why you agree or disagree, and if that is your only reason, refrain from answering. JUSTIFY IT or tell why you disagree.

Catholics believe suicide when committed in full knowledge and deliberate consent is a complete turning away from God (a mortal sin) and will send a person to hell.
There are 3 conditions of a mortal sin: grave matter, full knowledge, and deliberate consent.
While suicide (or any kind of murder) is always a grave matter, people who commit suicide may not always have full knowledge of what they're doing. Drugs can definitely impair one's thinking, as can other things, such as diseases, intense pain, or anguish.
Therefore, suicide is not automatically treated as a mortal sin.
We are commanded by Christ not to judge others so we leave final judgment to God who alone knows each person's heart.
With love and prayers in Christ.

Nothing in the Bible identifies suicide as a sin. The closest biblical support would be the commandment 'thou shalt not kill.' However, the commandment would be more applicable to 'murder' as there is a laundry list of 'killing' that has biblical, social and moral support (e.g. self-defense, negligence, certain acts of war, etc.). Pretty clearly, the bible distinguishes between 'murder' and 'killing.'
There is no biblical passage which states that suicide is a sin.
Further, scripture states that 'there is no greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.' This would be inapposite to classifying suicide as a sin from purely a scriptural standpoint. Martyrdom, chosen by certain saints, could be viewed as suicidal. There are seven suicides in the Bible (e.g. Samson) and none are condemned or delineated as being 'sinful.'
While suicide is a tragedy and generally no right-thinking person would counsel another to commit suicide, there is no biblical support for the classification of suicide as a sin. Also, think about those 9/11 victims who chose to leap to their deaths to avoid an even worse and equally imminent demise. There is no support--biblical or otherwise--to suggest that such victims' acts were sinful.
To be clear, suicide is not typically the best solution to problems, no matter how dire they may appear. Perspective changes over time and suicide is an irrevocable solution to what may well be transient difficulty. However, the bible does not expressly classify the act as a sin.

Suicide is objectively evil; however, personal culpability for the act can be mitigated by mental illness or extreme depression, and God will no doubt take that into consideration at that person's judgment.
Homosexuality is not a sin! Homosexual acts are sinful, and actions are a personal choice. Therefore personal culpability belongs to the one who freely chooses to commit the act.

You are merely making the philosophical assumption people are not responsible for their actions due to percieved mental abnormalities.
And I would be the first to disagree also that people that comitt both homicide, suicide, or homosexual acts are acting out of mental disorder. I would venture and say that 99.99% of them know exactly what theyre doing. And the .01% Ill let God worry about.

Suicide is not a sin. Well, technically there is no such thing as sin. Suicide is the worst kind of quitting. But if you are dying and it is the lessening of pain. then why not do it.

Don't really see how suicide can be a sin when gods own son committed suicide for something that will never go away.
