Wild Alaskan Salmon is real high in the omegas, which help keep your cholesterol in check, fight the fats, and work as anti-oxidants too, and it's SO good with some lite olive oil sprayed on it and a little salt-n-pepper and broiled in the oven for a few minutes each side til the outside it just crispy and light golden looking and the inside flaky and juicy. OMG! Serve that with some steamed green beans or corn. Heaven!

Fish in general is healthy. Shellfish tends to be high in cholesterol, but isn't all the good stuff?

Where fish goes bad is when you deep fry it or slather it with mayonnaise-based sauces.
