in wind erosion, what particles of matter does the wind blow to erode things? i know it blows sand, but what else?

i was payiong attention in class you idiots the teacher jsut never told us and this is in this category cause more people will answer it if its in here and it wasnt in the book it only said that it blew sand

It blows sand, dirt, dust...really anything that is in the air. But if you want to know a specific answer, look in your science book...I know it's in there because I studied this stuff at the beginning of the school year. Or google it...it's not that hard.
