plink... Gross motor is also known as Large Motor, and your activity is more for the fine motor skills.
OK now for my answer...
Fruit Walk - where you have a trail of cut out pics of fruit laid out on a trail for the kids to walk on.
Fruit Match - Each child is given half of a fruit picture, and they have to walk (run, hop, jump) around the group to find their match.
Fruit Exercises - On pics of fruit you have exercises wrote, and the children take turns picking a fruit and everyone does the exercises on the fruit.

Peeling a banana or an orange. Being able to carry a fruit in one hand from one place to another without dropping it.

cut fruits in half, such as bananas, oranges, apples, strawberries, pears, etc, so that there is a "flat" side. Paint that side, and then have them use them as stamps on paper
