If someone sends you threatning e mail print out the email and go to th police station.And pray to god to give you strenghth.If you want take it to COURT.

It has happened to me here on Yahoo answers. I sent a copy of the threatening email to Administration and it was taken care of immediately. Report it to someone--don't ignore it!

Print it out, save it on your computer, and report it to the police.
You need to have a record of what happened so if they follow through with what they are saying then they will be in deeper trouble for "premeditated --whatever they do--"

Forward the email to that person's internet service provider, for them to follow up on it.

Ignore it. But if the threats persist, then I would suggest changing your email address.

If the person doesn't have your address or identity then you have nothing to worry about. Just iggy them.

Add the sender to the spam filter and then delete it.
