Yes, tropical rainforests have plenty of scavengers. See a couple of them here:

Do you mean scavenger? If so, then absolutely yes! The forest floor is a feast for rainforest scavengers.

Or do you mean savages? If so, then probably, but I'm sure they are good at keeping themselves hidden. There is folklore in South America at least of wild tribes that have not yet been contacted by the civilized world.

Scavangers especially live in a tropical rainforest.
