My best friend knows that i like this guy. I've liked him all year. he used to like me back until i introduced him to my friend. Now he likes her and she is egging him on. What should I do? I'm really mad at her right now.

You have the right to feel mad, anger, hurt and betrayed. If she knew how much you liked this guy and still went after him then she is not being a friend at all, and if he is showing interest in her not you then you know what to do, look for yourself a new friend and a new guy. You don't need people like that in your life, there's plenty of fish in the sea so guys will come along and if she shows him instead of your friendship then you know not to introduce her to any of your guys.... You will get over them...

If your best friend is doing this than she is a jerk. If you stay her friend and she goes out with that guy it will be really awkward. But...relationships that your going through around your age since your probably my age will not last very long. So once they break up you can go for the guy. Here's the idea try to stop making the guy like your friend. Its her fault anyway because she did the same thing. Flirt with him talk to him on the computer try making funny things up. Also, you can try focusing most of your attention on that guy. And talk to him, get to know him and get closer and closer. Become friend with more people so if your friend gets angry at you those friends of yours know the true story of how you liked the guy first. And if that guy doesn't like you try liking someone else. Who knows there might just be someone crushing on you. Also, you may bump into someone cute. If you do talk to them. Then this guy you like will be gone and hey maybe you'll get your friend back too.

Please know that you are still really young, i'm assuming, and so there are going to be many more crushes... let this one go. Especially because if he all of a sudden stopped liking you when she came along, he probably didn't like u that much. You deserve someone who likes you back. As for your friend, if she really knew how you felt, she would at least try to make sure it was cool with you... if she didn't consider your feelings at all, she's maybe not your best friend.

I had the same exact problem with me and and my bestfriend. I was really mad at her at first, just like you. But then I realized that they cant help it if they like each other and he wasnt the right guy for you anyways. Trust me, you'll find a guy a million times better than him one day. =)

u should let it go, u can't let a guy come between u and ur best friend.... u did say CrUsH right.... boys come and go but friends will be there 4eva,it's natural to be mad and jEaLoUs, just let her kno what's good but be nice bout it (as possible), if she still acts foul than watch out for her

Maybe she's not doing it on purpose.But you definately need to talk to her! But be nice about it! If she really is one of your best friends she'll understand and if not than i really think you should move on. But i know she'll understand!

it has happened to me before :( but i got over it because the guy was a jerk and only wanted sex from my friend. i hope that this guy does not tear your friendship apart. and their are more guys out there!
