I'm not over weight, I just have a beer belly. I'm a beer girl. I drink nothing but beer, and I noticed that I have gotten a beer belly. How can I get rid of it!? I work out everyday for min on my elliptical at home. Nothing is working!!! HELP!!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Go to Golds Gym. I'm only 15 and I have somewhat of the same problem. I don't drink but I did have a belly. Then I went to Golds gym and if you just tell them what you want to get in shape, they will help you. Its not a bad price ether!

South Beach is pretty good at losing belly fat. No Beer allowed on the diet though...

YOU CANT LOSE WEIGHT ON ANY PARTICULAR BIT, IT ALL COMES OFF GENERALLY.
IT WILL COME OFF IN A CERTAIN ORDER THOUGH, PERHAPS FACE, THEN ARMS, THEN BELLY, THEN LEGS, ETC. BUT THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO LOSE WEIGHT ON A SPECIFIC PART,
SOD ALL THOSE STUPID DIETS, JUST DRINK LOWER CALORIE BEER/ SWITCH TO VODKA - THERES LESS CALORIES IN IT.

The body does not work like that. You can only lose weight all over the body isolation of fat loss is a myth.
