When I take her for a walk, she always pulls ahead of me. Not so much that I stagger, but I feel a little pull. Whenever I tug her back, she goes ahead again. How can I train her to stay by my side?

Everytime she pulls ahead stop dead. When she stops (sits) then move forward again using the "heel" command. When she pulls again stop & repeat. It will take forever to go for the first couple of walks but she'll get the idea pretty fast.

Hold her tightly from your right hand and criss-cross the leash on your left side and constantly say "heal" the dog will eventually learn! If you keep up the training with her! Also encourage her a lot!!!

make her stay by your side by keeping the leash short not so much as to choke her, but at your heels then use the heel command
