Would it even be ok if I ask her stuff like wanna hang out... then end with Can I call u sometime (if u wanna hang out). Things to do when Im around her friends. Would they mind? Should I compliment my girl while theyre around?

Don't ask her while she with the other friends. She'll be a little embarassed and may not want to answer in front of them. Or if she does answer, and the answer is no, YOU'LL be embarassed. Better to get her alone and ask her. Just ask her if you can talk to her for a second. If she says go ahead and ask her in front of her friend, tell her it's a little private. If she doesn't want to have a private conversation with you, that's pretty much a sign you should drop it. You can sit with her and her friends and have a general conversation, but when it comes time to "go for the kill", do what animals do when they hunt in the wild: cut one out of the herd and get it alone.

Try to get in good with this girl's friends. If they like you, she'll have less of a problem with hanging out. If they hate you, she may feel like she's being disloyal to them by spending time with you. Compliment them, too, but save the good stuff for the other girl you want. But I wouldn't recommend getting too mushy with her, because girls sometimes get embarrassed or uncomfortable when this happens around their friends. Still keep it sweet and simple, and save the cream until you have her alone, and then ask her to hang out. But if she doesn't want to hang out, don't ask for her number! Good luck! <3

sometimes girls are embarrassed when personal things are said around their friends. but compliments are good all the time around everyone, i think.
