The Talmud is being big on admitting guilt and seeking forgiveness for ones sins. But first you have to actually be guilty of something. So we are guilty of sticking to our religion for the last 3500 years- but that is a positive thing, so no apology. We are guilty of protecting ourselves from terrorist aggression in Israel- but thats a positive thing, so no apology there. We are guilty of trying to recover our own soldiers after terrorists attacked us and tried to kill us- but once again that was a good thing, so no apology there.
Well can't see anything to apologise for today- unless its about being guilty for exploding your lies that the Jews never say sorry or admit guilt- but thats a positive thing, so no apology needed.
Oh, and if you're willing to apologise for your question your apology is accepted!

Can't help it if we're always right!
But seriously, where do you get this impression? The OT and the Talmud speaks, at length, about seeking forgiveness and repentence. One of the Temple offerings is even call a 'guilt' offering.
But there is one thing no Jew has to apologize for...and that is being proudly and uncompromisingly Jewish. And quite frankly, if anyone cannot handle that, that's their problem, not ours.

Your making an assumption that they don't. I went to college with many Jewish people. I heard them apologize. It's more about the person than the group.

When will the muslims stop firing rockets into Israel and sending suicide bombers into the markets and gatherings.
How long will this new FARCE of a peace jester that ha-mas entered into, where they do not comply with all the terms?
When will the muslims say sorry?

What do you have to apologize for? How about bombing the crap out of Lebanon. They kidnap a couple of your troops and you go and turn their country into rubble, killing even their children in the process. I don't think the Israelis are any better than the Palestinians. I don't know why the Israelis proclaim themselves victims, with their modern military might.

Why do Christians ask for forgiveness from their god but don't seem to bother with asking forgiveness from the one they've actually harmed?
