Throwing up after you eat is not only an ineffective way to lose weight, it is a serious and potentially deadly eating disorder known as bulimia. Trust me, it is not something you want to even start (speaking from personal experience here), because once you do you begin a cycle that can be very difficult to get out of. One fact that is very little known is that when you purge after eating, you actually only can purge about half of what you ate - which is why most bulimics are not stick-thin like many anorexics.
As much as you might not like it, my suggestion would be that you need to have a consultation with both a nutritionist and a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. The fact that you are desperate to get to such a low weight suggests that you may not have a healthy body image and that you are in the early stages of an eating disorder. Even if you only go once, I think you will find it beneficial in the long run. Bulimia is like a cancer...if you catch it early, you can nip it in the bud and not have recurring long-term problems. If you let it get even just a bit further progressed, however, it can become a life-long battle that you really don't want to have to deal with.
You can call your primary care provider and ask for a referral. If you don't have a PCP, your health insurance company should be able to give a list of therapists they cover. If you don't have health insurance, get a copy of the yellow pages and look up the number of your county's mental health department - there are free or low-cost programs that can help.

Please don't do that to yourself. Put some confidence in yourself. 110 pounds is not FAT. I am 140, and I KNOW that is not FAT because I'm 5 "7. You would actually be underweight if you were 99 pounds, which is REALLY unhealthy. And deliberately purging food is not smart in the least. You could seriously harm yourself. The acid from your stomach when you throw up will burn your teeth away and what's even worse is you could develop a serious eating disorder like BULEMIA. There are people who seriously have this disease and cannot make themselves stop. Ever. If you have personal problems with yourself read about these people and see how different and better off you are. Don't become obsessive about your weight. Live your life. People with disorders do not live. They die. They die and they kill themselves. Do yourself a favor and thank God your alive and healthy.

Throwing up is really bad for you. I assume you wanna look good, right? Well, then I'd stop puking. It really is hard on your teeth and can make your stomach pouch-like.
Anyway, you don't mention your height. I'm hopefully assuming you aren't too tall, because being 5'11 and 110 pounds is way too skinny.
I hope you don't think I'm juding your choice to lose weight. I suffered frm anorexia/bulimia (Lowest weight was 78-79 pounds and I'm actually 5'5), so I have a concept of what you are going through.
Try chosing a diet that fits the foods you like to eat. Like meat? Atkins or South Beach are the ways to go. Do you like variety, but need portion control? Try Weight Watchers! Plan a diet based on your likes and dislikes.
Once food is out of the way, try chosing a good exercise plan. Hate to run? Try yoga and dancing? Like to have fun? Play some basketball with your family! If you like to get a good work out all at once, head to the gym.
Good luck with your weightloss and try not to do it unhealthfully!

if you feel like you need to lose weight and diet, I hope this helps:
First and Best Way: Excersize!!!!!!!!!!! You need to excersize atleast 1 hour a day and I would say Running/Jogging is the best way to go about it. But personally, I hate that so I do jumping jacks, skip rope, rollerskate, and run up-and-down my stairs. Any type of rigorous, systematic movement can be considered excersize
Second Way: Reduce your intake of highly saturated fats! Stop eating those artery-clogging french fries, chicken wings, etc. It's okay to eat them once a week but don't pig out on them. If you normally order a Large Fries, then order Medium one next time.
Third Way: Reduce your intake of Meat Products. That way, you save animals and help benefit your health. It's true that meat has protein and iron, but you can get iron supplements and protein from vegeterian food. I'm not saying you should have a vegeterian diet from now on (even tho I am a vegeterian); I'm just saying you should reduce your intake of meat. So if you eat meat everyday, cut it down to three days a week.
Fourth Way: Eat your fruits and vegetables. I eat three fruits and three vegetables everyday and I think that has worked for me pretty well (I'm 100 pounds ..n no I'm not anoerexic (did I spell that right?)) Anyways, urge your parents to buy more fruit and veggies and include them in your dinner. Even if you don't want to eat as many fruits and veggies as I do, you should atleast have two fruits and two veggies in your diet EACH day. There is good vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, and other stuff in there that helps you lose weight.
Fifth Way: Water is a natural appetite suppressant, so developing a good water drinking habit can be a long-term aid in achieving and maintaining a healthy weight. Doctor F. Batmanghelidj MD, author of "Your Body's Many Cries For Water" says most times your “hunger” is your body asking for water – not food. It's also important to remember that when the body is dehydrated, fat cells get "rubbery" and cannot be easily metabolized. This means that it's harder to lose when you don't drink your water.
Sixth Way: Drink lukewarm water with two table spoons of honey daily (easy way out and fast)
Seventh Way: One-Two table spoons of vinegar (also the easy way out and fast)
Anyways, those were a few options that you can try simultaneously (which is what I recommend) or one-by-one. You take care of urself and good luck with that!

It sounds like you are at a healthy weight, but if you are determined to lose more weight avoid salty, fatty, and sugary foods, make sure you are drinking plenty of water and increase your cardio workout (walking, running, swimming).
Throwing up after you eat is not healthy, it will not necessarily help you lose weight and it will ruin your teeth.
