Photo Enhancing.?

Question

I need a program like photoshop, that I can download for free.
I need to be able to fix red eyes, diffuse glow, and things like that.
Any one know of any GOOD programs that I can use?

Google has upgraded their photo software Picasa to Picasa2. Its fantastic. Have been using it since I have a digital camera.

some filers require a .dll file. make certain you install it too.

check the photofiltre site for help and forums, it has internal help files like all prograns have and you can search google for more photofiltre tutorials.
