by ''qirat- qira'et'' u mean reading in the arabic langauge?!
well, tajweed the Quran is ''qira'et'' reading it according to the rules of pronounciation and grammer, in the arabic language we have grammer just as any other language except that its far more complicated, especially those of the Quran, so we must atleast know the simple rules of reading it.
some of these rules for example is ''ahkam al tanween'' = rules of the letter ''N'' and how it should be pronounced when followed by certain letters, it might seem complicated but its really easy once u know these rules.
(ie, the letter ''N'' in the word ''kawkaban'' which means planet, in a certain verse is followed by the letter ''waw= W'', so we cant fully pronounce the ''N'' in the word kawkaban, instead we say ''kawakabaw'')
bottom line, the best way of ''qira'et'' reading the Quran is by tajweed, which means following the set of rules of pronounciation of the Quran.
