I'm a guy and a sophomore for a high school. I'm generally shy. If this counts for anything I'm asian

Alright. Numero uno - don't be mean. Some chicks like that, but those girls are bent.
Number two - Confidence. Believe in yourself.
Number three - Probably should be number one - make sure she's actually available
Number four - Don't sell out. Don't tell her you love her right away or that she's the most beautiful girl on Earth. You have to remain sorta distant. It's part of the chase.
Number five - Be sorta demanding. Say stuff like, "When are we going to go out?" Instead of, "Do you want to go out?"
"Let me get your number" instead of "Can I get your number?"
Number six - Be yourself. There is no point in pretending to be someone you aren't (This should be number one also) because all the fake stuff will create discomfort in the long run.
Number seven - Disinterested. This is like not selling out. Even if she's the most beautiful girl in the world, you need to act like it's not terribly important to you. That's just part of the game.
Number eight - If you're like 14 don't make this love forever. Appreciate first love and all that, but you're too young to make it last so don't get hitched or make a baby.

Well, flirting is more of a personality trait, like being funny or sarcastic. You kinda have to BE a flirt for it to actually work, other wise you just come off "weird". I'm a BIG flirt, and I usually end up being VERY smiley and looking into the eyes of the guy I'm talking to (even though I have a bf now, so I just flirt with him). Flirting is basically acting VERY intersted and showing A LOT of attention to someone.

Say something nice about the girl. Bring her to a nice (not necessary expensive) fancy restaurant. Keep conversation in general, nothing too personal because you don't want to come across as overwhelming.

Be respectful, smile a lot, ask questions about her, have good manners and look her in the eye when she talks to you. Keep you eyes off of her assets while she can see you (you can look when she's not noticing). Open the door for her and be yourself. You're not gonna have a problem, Dude! Godloveya.

compliment things about her. but not too many. say maybe "wow you have gorgeous eyes"
make her laugh. girls love to laugh and as for me if a guy can make me laugh i'm sold!
when walking with her open the door for her. when you do guide her through by the small of her back with your finger tips. GIRLS LOVE THAT.
tell her she's sweet. not only do girls melt to physical compliments, but personality compliments as well.
and ALWAYS ALWAYS be yourself. the minute you turn fake girls get turned off... WAY off.

its easy most of it comes natural.
1st tell her your name, if you can make a little joke about it.
2nd ask for her name if she hasnt told you.
3rd ask her what her hobbies are and talk about them.
really listen to her.
4th tell her what you are interested in.
oh and when you and her are big time flirting girls love it when you catch them flirting so say (stop flirting with me) almost always works.

Just be yourself, because when guys usually flirt they make fools of themselves.
Just talk with her, and try to make her laugh and make her feel comfotable.

alright.... first just be kool like Brian Dawkins... have funn and be urself. 2nd dont be nervous and ull be fine. Try not to focus on her too much.... thatll be wioerd if u are just staring at her.. also dont shuffle ur feet or be distracted

make and keep eye contact, smile and nod your head like you know what she feels when she is talking, even if you have no idea. Just make her feel like she is the only girl around.
