Even before the idea was presented to me, I believed in past lives when I was a very small child. I think it is true for this reason.

Do I "know" it the way I know I am looking at a computer screen at this moment? No. Still, I believe it firmly.

I have had past-life regressions spontaneously and with people trained in those techniques. I have regularly meditated for many years. In many different settings, I have had information regarding lessons from past-lives given to me, and I have received information about my purpose in the present.

I think the importance of your question lies in the motivation for asking it. It is my experience that most people seek for answers to questions such as this one out of some kind of fear. It may be the fear of death. It may be the fear of lack of control. I am not implying that your question may be based in fear. I am simply pointing out that people often look for this type of information because they're scared.

I "know" very little for certain. I am positive about one thing: I doubt that there is anyone alive on the planet who fully "knows" how the universe works. I doubt any of our religions have got it right, and I doubt that any secular philosophers or scientists have all the answers either.

Nobody has lived "before." The Bible says, "man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment" (Hebrews 9:27).

You come into existence when your parents procreate. You live for Christ, or you die and lose heaven.

Have you ever wondered where all theses supposed reincarnated people came from, if there are more now than there were before? Are some coming back a two or three people? It's ridiculous.

God gave you life. He calls you to be on His team. You have your whole life to learn to know Him, to desire the good, and to be especially rewarded when all is said and done. If you're counting on coming back as someone else, you are sadly mistaken. The Bible says you will be resurrected and have your same body (although perfected). God promises that you will be you, not someone who cannot remember if they were you in a former life.

Easter is coming. It's about the resurrection of Christ. Because He did rise, He promises that you too will rise if you are in positive relationship with Him.

Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die" (John 11:25-26)

I've had the occasional past life memory, and Deja Vu on visiting some places, I know when I meet some one I knew in a past life....are you asking because you have had experiences of that sort? Every one who knows me, can tell that I was a gypsy in one of my past lives, and sometimes strangers can tell too, it's weird, they even call me "Gypsy"
...sometimes when I meet someone I knew in that life, I have a strong urge to want to look at thier palm, I guess I must have been a reader back then, but I don't know palmistry in this life....

If not, why someone is born poor and another rich? One intelligent and another featherbrained, some born dumb? One ugly and another handsome? One blind...etc. Why? Due to our previous activities in previous life, pious and impious.
Note that is the soul which transmrigrate from one body, when dies, to another, when take birth, and do so along with the mind and intelligence.

Yes, I have lived many times before.
