i need to lose at least 15 pounds in the next month.What can i do to lose it?

Dont eat 2 much junk food and only eat about 3/4 of what u normally eat

The only way to come even close and stay healthy is to go vegan. Stick to mostly raw, but definitely stay with a whole foods, plant based diet. This way you won't run the risk of injuring yourself with fad diets and a bunch of garbage.

Also some good exercise like fast walking, running, biking or other aerobics would help.
