Firstly , the general age of consent for sexual activity is 16. So for starters your legally too young too have sex. If you do have it , and the person that you have it with is older than you they are breaking the law. Secondly , its total normal for you too be curious about sex , but i think you need too ask yourself if you are really ready! theres a big difference between curiousity and the real thing. Its a desision that you may regret and that can have many consequences especially for someone so young.

I strongly suggest you hold off on sex at your age, it is only worth having with someone you love. Besides if you are still wondering about making out, you should not go to the next level. If you have questions and are too nervous to ask watch movies, it may scare you just exactly what sex is. Being a prude at your age is something to be proud of, especially with all the STD's being transmitted, don't rush it, you will know when it's time.

Your mind says "wait till after marriage", I think it's a good idea. But people rarely can control their body... if you really want it, learn about protected sex at school ... be educated about it before doing it, because without that, you might get into HUGE trouble, like getting someone pregnant or getting diseases that might kill you.
And also, if you want to have sex, get a girlfriend first... don't just go around trying to get laid, that's not being responsible... the key is being responsible person...
I would still recommend waiting till after marriage though...
