What he said is that talk using your brains not just nonsense.Demag is brain and baqwas is inane talk or nonsense.What does it refer to ,it depends on the context but the person who has written it to your sister seems to be an ill mannered one .There is always a polite way of trying to point out even a mistake.
Your sister should ignore such mails .But why did her say that?Tell him that since he seems to be very brainy then he should learn manners as having intelligence alone is not sufficient.
