According to health gurus, you'd be better off going maybe 3 to 4 times per week and working out longer and harder. The breaks between give your muscles time to rest.

If you do very light weights with light resistance, you would burn fat and probably lose approximately 1-2 pounds per week if you were on a diet.

really depends on the type of working out you do. its more tricky than people think. if you go to the gym and do some weight lifting, you will increase muscle wich in turn will help you burn more, so it is a balance of activities that compliment eachother that get the best results.

nothing wood probably happen unless you go ther for 6+ weeks. Plus it would hurt you REALLY bad in the mornings. So try to start off a little easy. Hope this helped!! `cookiedough`

You would probably get burned out, unless you worked seperate muscle groups with a couple days for your muscles to heal.
