i have a bottle of kaolin and morphine mixture but i no longer have the leaflet for it and was wondering how often can you take it, like two 5mg spoonfuls every so and so hours because i can find out how long you have to go inbetween each dose

the bottle is only a couple weeks old so it isn't old just for some reason i chucked the box with the leaflet inside

the best thing to do is go to a chemist and ask the pharmisist. either that or try phoning the nhs direct if ur in the uk go to www.nhsdirect.co.uk to find the phone number

I thought they stopped selling that if it is the one where you get the separation of liquid brown clear at the top I did think it was banned so my pharmacist told me a few years ago as it was used by drug users cause they would go from shop to shop and drink just the brown liquid to get high. It was very good only I would be a bit cautious about taking it. If I'm wrong and it's not that one 2x 5ml spoons should help,.Just googled it and you can get it and it can give you a dry mouth so check it out.

Chuck the bottle away too!
This is never recommended by doctors now. If you have an unexplained persistent diarrhoea it needs investigated. If you have a simple enteritis most enlightened doctors will advise that the infected material belongs down the loo, and that stopping this actually prolongs the illness.

If it is very old and been in your cupboard for ages,dump it ,and if necessary get a new bottle complete with the instructions.Kaolin and morphine is used for severe tummy upsets with diarrhoea and intestinal pain like gastric enteritis.

Thats the best med ever,works a treat,i cant remember dosage but i think after maybe two 5ml spoons you wouldnt need any more,i imagine its as and when needed.good luck lol

I can't take the stuff personally, it makes me chuck. I would say every 4 hours but don't know really.

If it has all separated then pour off the top layer and microwave it until it turns a bit granular.
Scrape up the granules, roll them into a doobie and smoke.
I used to do this as a teenager; it will completely ruin you...
