Keep area clean. I am not a doctor and I can't see what they look like but I worked for a Dermatologist and we use to see what was called folliculitis on the upper arms, backside or legs sometimes. It is inflammation of the hair follicles maybe from occluded persperation. Keep clean and dry and possibly try some antiseptic to the area if the area looks like individual hair follicles look inflammed. If it is just a pimple here and there sometimes these things happen, keep clean and dry it should go away on its own.

Do you deserve a good spanking? Perhaps Mother Nature is telling you that you have been naughty.

Just joking. Unfortunately I have no idea what might help. Good Luck. And count your blessings that you never had one before!

Do the same thing that you would to your face. Use a cleanser and exfoliate every few days. It should clear up very soon. =]
