My prom is coming up soon and I'm trying to figure out what to do with my hair.. it reaches to my shoulders and the style od dress I'm wearing is a halter so any ideas?

If I were you, putting your hair down is alway elegant! For example, wavy hair espessially if it goes to your shoulders! If your hair is curly, leaving it down if also fantastic. Same with strait hair. Good luck!

I would do an updo with cascading curls.. halter tops can help to accentuate the shoulders and you don't want to cover them up with your hair. You will probably draw more attention to yourself if you wear an updo, then your features will be more pronounced and enhanced.

You should straighten your hair and then add a hair band or use clips. Straighting your hair brings out your facial features and it is a definate do for the prom! Like Avril Lavignes hair on the cover of Seventeen. Try this hairdo

Honestly if you want to remember it (and be remembered at it) get a Mohawk (seriously) but you could always get lovely spiral curls or have your hair put up in an elegant bun of some sort but lemme remind you that others might have the same hair style as you in my opinion yikes!

put your hair in pony tails then make a knot and take another hair ribbon to keep it together then flip it up between your head and the knot . You now have a cool, stylish, new, and easy hair style. hope this helps.

let's see a picture. put your hands over your face so we don't know who you are. we need to see your body type and dress to pick out a hairstyle.
i could say to do one kind of style, but you could end up looking like a q-Tip head or look like a huge head on a small body.

go into your salon & look at the celebrity books there...usually cost about 40-60 bucks at mine :D
