First get all your income for those 4 years together, and get all your deductions for those 4 years together. If you had W-2 wages for the average pay, you might find that you are owed refunds on some or all of those 4 years. If you are owed refunds, you only have 3 years from the date the return was due to file for the refund. Your 2003 taxes need to be filed by 4/15/2007 in order to claim any refund. Then you can prepare (or have prepared by a tax preparer) the next 3 years worth. Find a good CPA in your area, or over the internet. Just to let you know, I am a CPA.

If you had enough withheld to cover your tax liability for the past for years, you can file now and may even get refunds for the tax years from 2003 to present. If you did not, you are not buying a house until you settle with the IRS. No sane mortgage lender will approve you with the IRS breathing down your neck. Until you file the returns, you don't know where your stand.

I guess you know that is tax evasion. You better have a benefit like the stars do so you can pay them. If you make that much money, you should have plenty of socked away somewhere to pay what you owe. Better have a lot with all the penalties they are going to charge you.

Talk to an accountant about your tax liability, and a mortgage broker. If you don't owe back taxes and the loan you are applying for needs tax returns then you may have to do a stated income loan which will be at a significantly higher rate. It doesn't sound like you make enough money to buy a home though.

It's a little late now to be asking that. There are consequences to tax evasion that don't even involve the IRS.
