i need a diet plan.i want to loose 50 pounds.so any suggestions?

Eat less and hit the gym. Until you lose those 50 don't go in there wearing tight spandex pants / shorts or sports bras that show off your flab. Wear clothes that flatter you, it will help keep your spirits up.

the secret is exercising, and making healthier choices when it comes to food.
I lost 20lbs in one month on the body type diet...its a book that asks you questions to determine your body type, and then it gives you a fool proof plan. good luck

YOU CAN LOSE WIEGHT BY EATING MORE HEALTY FOODS. YOU CAN LOSE WIEGHT BY GOING TO THE GYM. AND DRINK WATHER. BUT YOU HAVE TO DO THAT EVEY DAY. YOU CAN GO ON WEB SUITES TO GET FOOD IDIEAS.
