I would love to see Ward Burton in Victory Lane again. I do not think it will happen in the equipment that he currently has. To bad!

Ward has already had a successful career. Remember, he has won the Daytona 500. That is something that only six others of the current full time drivers can claim. He has five career victories which is several more than many, many Cup drivers. He gives a great interview and always tells it like it is.

Ward Burton is also a success off the track. He is the founder of the Ward Burton Wildlife Foundation. This foundation helps promote conservation of wild animals and land in the US.

On top of it all, he is a very nice person. I had a chance to meet him several years ago. I went to eat lunch at a small restaurant in Halifax, VA. He was sitting at the next table. I introduced myself and he was very cordial. We talked about five minutes. He told me about several of the charities he works with and just a little about racing. He is one of the truly good guys in NASCAR.

Hes a classy guy, and I would like to see him win one, but Morgan-McClure is a shadow of what it once was in the mid-90's.

Personally, if Ward wants to win a race, look elsewhere. He is only driving the 4 car because they were the only ones pretty much to offer a ride.

I'm not much of a fan of Ward Burton. Cant say I dislike him either. It would be cool to see him win one though. Always like to see different faces upfront. Been a long time since Wards been up there. Not sure if he still has what it takes. Kinda like my driver, B. LaBonte.

I'd like to see Ward replace Rusty in the broadcast booth. Then at least these damn COT races would be interesting in the fact that you could spend the whole time deciphering his analysis instead of watching the boring *** race.

Ward's a cool dude! He reminds of Mickey Rourke, he isn't going to say anything unless you really need to hear it, and he isn't really going to bring it, until you give him a car that will do it.
