I am 15, and one is a lot larger than the other. I am thinking about going to the doctor because I'm afraid I have cancer. I have no pain, but I'm going.

It is my left one. I feel fine and have no pain. I am still worrying.

The left one is much larger, though.

Difference in size is normal but if one is the size of a peanut and the other is the size of a baseball... you might want to go see a doctor.

If it is something which has suddenly occurred in that the left testicle has only recently enlarged then it may be something requiring a medical check. It may be that you simply have not noticed that one has been larger which is a normal thing. Enlargement can also occur during puberty which with your age may be a cause.

If it is not one of these there is the possiblity that it may be a varicocele of the testicle which is basically a varicose vein and is a surprisingly common occurance and for some reason usually effect the left testicle (something like 95% of the time). They most usually occur in individuals aged 15-25 so it may relate to this. It can lead to a dull ache in the testicle. You may be best placed to get it checked anyway for peace of mind.

The left one is always a bit larger. If you have no pain, that's good, but there could be a problem anyway. Cancer is far less likely than a varicocele, which is not a very serious problem. Check with your doctor, though; it's best to be sure.

My left boob is bigger than the right one. My right foot's second toe is longer than the one on the left.

Is it swollen? Is it red?? How much bigger is it than the other? Like does it hang an inch lower? All guys hang at different levels, ask any guy.

I highly doubt you have cancer in your balls, but if going to the Dr makes you happy, go ahead and go. Make a list of general questions you have about your body, this is a good time to bring anything up that has been on your mind, like headaches, a weird mole or wart...

Good luck.

well Steve, they make basketballs different sizes for age requirement. Younger kids hands are not the same size as older ones. Therefore when they try to dribble, catch, and shoot the ball, a regulation size ball has proving to be too difficult, thus resulting in the smaller ball. Just choose the right size for you, and leave the Doctor to deal with the sick!

could be epidittimisitis.. its the inflammation of the epidittimis a simple antibiotic can fix it and swelling would go down... my hubby had it and he had the same symptoms. You need to go see a doctor either way before it does get painful because at first he had no pain but it did get bigger as he kept putting it off going to a doctor. Go get the exam.

It is normal for the left testicle to hang lower than the right testicle. The testicles are suspended in the scrotum vertically by the spermatic cord. The left testicle hangs lower because the left spermatic cord is longer. This may make the left testicle seem larger, but it may not actually be larger.

Just wondering...does your bigger nut float in the water when you take a dump? or have you ever accidently taken a dump on your nut? would your nut pop if you hit a girl in the nose? do you have blood coming out of your eye, because there is so much blood surrounding the bigger nut...of course im talking about your big brown eye...your balloon-knot

Go to the doctor please. They can be a bit larger but nor significantly larger. You may have a tumor or something else going on and the sooner you get to the doctor the better.
