That's depends! Electrical Engineers can be divided into a variety of fields (electronic, power, EM/Microwave, Computer, Network, etc.) that one can go into, and also the region that one is living in, and experience. At entry level (after graduation w/ BS), the range can be from $40K to mid $60K depending on the region, EE field, GPA @ graduation, and most importantly the negotiation skill in the job interview. However, every one gets a raise at least once a year depending on the job performance, and the raise can be up to 20% or even more. But the average raise is usually from 5% to 10% annually. So, from there, you do the math on how much an electrical engineer can make annually. I think the important question is can you survive the intense four years of electrical engineer student?
