Go to the dentist who made it, or find a new one. I have seen so many people try to repair them themselves and cause more damage than good.

1st off, you'll never get them back to the fit that they were, and you can inadvertently cause damage to your tissues. (can be very uncomfortable or unbearable).

2nd, if you don't use a product approved by the FDA (like super glue), it can collect unwanted bacteria and cause more unwanted problems (Candida - a fungal infection, or a serious complication just b/c super glue is not meant to be used in the mouth).

One more thing, if you try to repair it yourself, most times any "warranty" will be null and void.
