Sarah was not Abraham's sister, rather she was his niece. The hebrew term 'achosi' is a non-specific term referring to a close female relative. This does describe a biological sister but also refers to one's immediate family and their offspring.

Sarai (latter called Sarah) wasn't Abraham's sister. They only said that to fool the Pharaoh. Sarai flirts with thePharaoh and Abraham and his party travel through Egypt without any trouble.

Before the law of Moses, it was not a sin to marry your sister. Remember Cain in all likihood married his sister (and had children by his sister) also.
