there are different sugars in it to "sugar" (which is sucrose). Also some of the other things in it can be beneficial. I know that New Zealand Manuka honey is sold that is supposed to be good for you (healthwise). Ask at a health food shop. I know you can get hives from eating honey products though too...which is not especially pleasant

I've been studying the "superfoods" and honey is never mentioned. I think it used to be considered a "perfect" food since it has nutrients, but it also has so much sugar as to almost be akin to ordinary sugar -- which is not a superfood.

yes. honey is a natural medicine. there are so many uses for it..

good for natural sugar replacement and its all natural nothing added to it
