You're going to be at a festival. You don't need clean hair...
Just lots of cider and weed.

I my self having thin fine hair know a couple of tips I can give you. First. if you can't get to a place to wash your hair then there is a spray in shampoo that they use in the hospitals and nursing homes that requires no water just spray in and comb out. You can get this at your local pharmacy. also you might be able to find a liquid form of a waterless shampoo at your local beauty supply store like sally beauty supply. You might try wearing a hat to keep the dirt out but then you come across the problem of sweating under the hat and making your hair greasy. and if all else fails if your hair is long enough hair ties can be your friend too. Or you can buy a few gallon jugs and fill them with water and just do it the old fashion way. heat the water on the grill or camp fire make sure it dont get too hot and just wash your hair. I have done all of these and I like the washing my hair with the water when I am camping. Good luck have fun and stay safe!

I was at a few music festivals when I was younger, basically you have two options. Firstly if your hair is long then simply scrap it back into a ponytail or plait. I found that the french plait works best, do it good and tight and no-one will notice if your hair is clean or dirty. The second option is simply to bring shampoo and wash it, letting it dry naturally.

Hi if you are are near water then all you need is a shampoo bar, the have ones at LUSH for fine hair also, So all you need to do is wet hair, rub bar on head and then rinse and leave to dry. You can always stop some where and use a sink to wash your hair in. But if you have nothing like this then you may just need to take in a shine spary or hair deodariser, Charles Worthington does one, it illiminates bad odor and give shine so you look like you have wash you hair. You should get a few days out of this.

Try Batise Dry Shampoo which I think they sell at Boots. Or you can go to the toilets and wash your head quickly under the sink with some shampoo and let it dry naturally. One of my friends did that last year. Try not to touch your hair too much either as it will make it dirtier and tie it up in a ponytail to avoid it looking dirtier or greasier.

Invest in a few nice bandanas or scarves. They hide a multitude of sins and add to the festival atmosphere as well as keeping your hair neat. Buy a few and mix and match with your outfits.

Try talcum powder. Do this by rubbing some on your hands into your hair, then brush through... And keep away from the ones who spray drink all over the place.

They used to sell a dry product for removing the oil from your hair. I have successfully used baby powder (unscented0. You sprinkle some on your hair and fluff it in. You then just brush it out. Not perfect, but will help avoid the crack addict look.
