I'm going to try.
To translate sassy correctly it really depends on the context. See, in english you can be calling someone sassy in a nice way, but if you use the translation descarado or fresco, then you are using words that in spanish have a negative connotation.
By the way, descarado and fresco are the translations given by most free internet based translators.
Now, if you use 'procaz' then you are actually saying someone is advanced for their age, etc.
If you want to mean sassy as in someone been vivacious, happy or something like that then you are better off translating those words instead.
