If you want to lose fat in your arms and waist the best thing to do is to lift weights. This may seem a little masculine but it works. Studies show that lifting weights, doing push-ups, chin-ups, or other arm related exercises help reduce the waistline A LOT more than any other exercises. This way, you lose your flabby arms and waist quicker than anything else. You can probably also diet. Or you can do both but i strongly recommend exercising because it's more healthy towards your body.

Do lots of cardio, and ab work outs..... 30 min for cardio, 15 min for abs. 4 to 5 times a week.
