I work at an Attorneys office, and i suggest you find a well known family law attorney go in and meet with them and see what they can go about getting the ball rolling. They can set up orders ordering it be done instead of you just waiting around. Going with an attorney is always a great idea because then they take care of most of it for you. But for heavens sake, get someone to look into this for you! What a great guy and for a girl to just use you like that. Dont take it! You may love the child and thats great! But for you, and the baby you need to know who the real father is.

If you are both 18 now, then getting your parents/families involved will not help the situation as you are considered adults in the eyes of the law. I give you credit for being a young man forced into adulthood early by the mistakes you made, and the fact that you have not only taken care of the girl you believe you fathered a child with but want to be part of the childs life. This is something that we do not always see in todays sociaty. Unfortunatly this situation could get messy. Do you love her? Can you forgive her for cheating on you? Do you want to stay with her? If you answered yes to all of these questions and you plan on being with her, does the paternity of the child really matter? If you are going to stay togeather, then you will be this childs father reguardless of who the paternal father is. If you are not planning on staying with her, then your only option will be to get legal help. If for nothing else, you should know who the father of the child is because his family may have medical issues that run in the family and it would be important to know about them for the childs future. If you do go with a lawyer who will help you get the paternity test the girl may resent you and make things difficult for you, but this may be something you will have to deal with. Please keep in mind that its the childs best inerest that should be considered not your own. Good luck.

since u got doubts and she is against the test,i dont think he is yours,u can file a case for paternity testing through an attorney, will cost u ,but she will be obligated to let the kid take it,and define if u r the biological parent or not

stop paiding for everything and stop contact with her and watch her start calling and saying that the kid is yours. At that point then make her go and have a dna test. Because most woman with kids wants money. And if the kid not yours dump her and learn a lesson and always use protection so this does happen again.

involve her parents and yours. They would want the real father to be helping with the kid

You're going to have to take her to court. It's not fair, but you will have to pay for the test.
