How often should I take my boxer to the groomer?

really their is no need to take a boxer to the groomer they are ez to bath maybe if you're afraid to clip her nails every 2-3 months should be plenty

Being a short-haired dog you shouldn't have to take them much. What are you wanting to have done...bathing and nail trimming? I know a lot of people rarely bath their dogs and they stay clean. My dad has a boxer and she stays pretty clean, he just gives her a bath in his home though. I would say it would matter if it is mainly an inside or outside dog and then how dirty it gets. I know someone I work with (she has small long haired dogs though) takes hers every few months so I wouldn't think your boxer would need it that often.

I have never had any other kind of dog, but Boxers. We never take them to the groomer, just bathe them and clip their nails yourself.

My friend has 4 boxers and they never go to the groomer as they do not need haircuts. Only things they need are their nails trimmed on occassion and ears cleaned both of which she does herself

If you can clip her nails yourself and give her baths yourself, I don't see a reason you would need to take her to the groomer, otherwise, probably once every 4 months or so

i would groom a boxer at home. A shower sprayer, nail clippers or a dremel tool shampoo and towels are all you really need. just be sure to check in the wrinkles every 3 or 4 days to make sure they are clean and dry.

Well it depends, she should get bathed about once a month, but if you mean like clipping toenails and everything i think still once a month.

If you brush her frequently, wipe out her eats and can trim her nails yourself than I say twice a year would be plenty.
