Please, no one report me! I kno this is in the wrong category, but I needed a place, this "person" wouldn't look.
ok, the thing is,I was in foster care, last feb. for being molested by my step dad.This feb.we had a court case, that they resheduled to march the 26th (yesterday).I told the DA that i lied about everything, even though, i didn't. the reason i lied was,i knew that once he was put in jail, then we would have to move, because of no money.i also knew , my brother hated me,and my neighbor did too.that's why i lied.now, yesterday (yes, same day as the court case)my mom, told him to do our grass.he came in the house and gave me a hug,we haven't seen each other in a year.so,i feel dirty,and like, i don't want to live at home any more, because i don't want to see him at all.
am i just being stupid? oh yeah, before the case was dropped, and the restraing order thing was lifted, my mom would leave me alone alot to go to his house and hang with him.
what should i do?

thats confusing...so lied about being molested to because u didnt want to move...but u like your mom??but i would want to tell someone probably even though he prolly would go to jail thats a really hard choice i was in foster care too but for other reasons so i know how its hard to deal with that kind of stuff...good luck Ü

Wow. That's a sucky situation to be in.
You made your choice - you chose to drop the matter. Since that's what you chose, you need to live with your decision. You'll have zero credibility if you try starting up a new court case now anyway.
If he molests you again, that's another story. The worst part is, if it happens again, there's a good chance you won't be believed - so be sure you do whatever it takes to get solid evidence (like semen samples from your dad collected from your body). We can only hope he's learned his lesson and won't touch you again, because you'd better believe he knows this could've turned out very differently.
Not all molesters are recidivists, but far too many are. Good luck...

I understand your situation and you know it was wrong to lie. It will be hard for the people believe in you if they think you are liying about this kind of things.
This is serious! Is your safety what is in risk. What if you have the same problems with your step dad. What do you mother says about that? She has to believe you and protect you. You have to talk about this with a adult person that you can trust and that can talk with your mother and with your step dad about the problem because the first here is avoid you being molested again, and if you are going to make a decition try to see the consequences of that and if you can deal with that... do it and don't look back.

wow, you need to tell people the truth. you cant live with someone who molests children. he needs to be arrested not only for your safety, but also the safety of other children he might harm. Your mom sounds like she cares about him more than you, do you have any other relatives that would be willing to take you in until you reach 18? grandparents, aunts, etc?? Nevertheless, you need to get this creep off the streets and come clean.

you should have told the TRUTH and he should be in JAIL! you aren't silly enough to think that you are the 1st child he has molested are you? and you won't be the last either. So, you'd all have to move. There are much worse things. ( as you well know)
Your mom is stupid and selfish and not thinking of you or any one else except herself. To KNOW that he's molesting you and to STILL be with him. She should be in jail with him.

have you tried a one on one with your mom?
and why would your brother hate you and your neighbor too?
listen it takes courage to speak the truth just do it!
i feel so for you i would just come over and adopt you right now!!!
i suffered in similar ways by 2 people when i was 4-5 and later on when i was 12. its **** and you feel like **** . right? but don't this is their winning ticket. the time when i was 12 it was my cousin he was in his mid 20s and he made me feel like a dirty and sick person. and like it was all my fault. i didn't tell anybody either i was too scared. for as long as i didn't tell anybody the truth my misery stayed but then i told my aunt. cause she had a suspicion and asked me. i made her promise not to tell my parents but she told my dad after that i hated her but now i thank her cause in a way i feel free.
gurl just speak up no one can help you as much as you can!!!

get out of the house and away from your family altogether until you can sort it out emotionally. live with a friend or some person you trust or even call in a social worker's help but it sounds like you need total escape from that environment.

I answer first, and if the answering makes me imagine or makes my day, then i will celeb. i understand...that is choosy of me, sorry. o.o yet this manner I finally end up pointing my followers and contacts to the *solid stuff* you understand? ^__^ Or a minimum of i attempt to. yet have a celebrity besides only for being affected individual and expertise. ^_^
