If you can't resolve this with a mild acne type wash,and some acne cream to put on the spots,you may want to see a Dermatologist for some prescription med's,to get rid of this problem. Acne or whatever this is can spread to your neck back and shoulders,and leave scars if not treated,and taken care of properly. Take care. SW FNP

Try peroxide.
Also you can heat a warm wash cloth in the micro and repeat a few times and then try the peroxide.

a small dab of toothpaste on it over night will dry it, then leave it to the air to fix naturally

I think tea tree oil works wonders.
