A pint is just two cups. It might be excessive. You're really supposed to limit your fruit juice in take, and since you're not getting the fiber benefit, you may want to cut back to 1 cup.

I don't know for a fact but 2 cups of carrot juice should be OK,but you should be drinking a lot of water a long with the juice.

One pint of fresh carrot juice is just about sufficient to keep your eye sight sharp. But keep it seasonal when fresh carrots are available. Don't use cold storage carrots. They have more fibre and less vitamins.

It depends on your goals. For overall health, cancer prevention and energy carrot juice is great. If you are trying to lose weight, carrots are relatively high in sugar. Add some greens and a shot of wheat grass juice to your regimen and you can't lose.

no, its great. I juice carrots, celery, swiss chard, parsley and cucumber and apple twice a day -about 3 to 4 pounds worth of veggies. I make soup stock from the pulp. Yummy. Its good for you, keep it up

Once when I was little I ate so many carrots I turned yellow. And no, I didn't have jaundice. At least that's what my mom told me. Even the whites of my eyes were yellow. Careful!

Probably. There was an instance some years ago of a man living on the stuff. He turned yellow and died of it. Honestly, it's true!

Not too much unless the whites of your eyes turn orange. Too much betacarotene can do that.
