I live in Illinois, but they have way too many hunting donts. You cant shoot bobcats, cant hunt with a rifle, and bunch of other BS. Im pretty sure bears arent poor, defenseless animals, Jellybean, people like you are morons. I hunt deer, coyotes, turkey, about everything legal here. I want to go out west and hunt some bears and mountain lions, maybe some elk too, but it probly wont ever happen.

I LOVE to hunt all game. In the USA elk is by far my favorite and I believe it taste the best of all game meat. Moose is a close second. But in reality I love to hunt whenever I can. Just any excuse to be in the outdoors sharing quality times with my friends and kids.
Is that not what hunting is really about, creating great, lifelong, unique experiences with your family and close friends?

All kinds.... but only with a camera. But here in Texas, the pickups and SUV's are heading to South Texas when its White Wing season. And on the first day of deer season, every major freeway here is jammed. 1 out 4 Texans have a deer camp somewhere.

Up here, I hunt all the big game that is worth eating. Some people don't think that people should hunt, but they probably don't have a problem eating meat. What is the difference. I hunt for meat, they shop at a store, at least I give animals a chance.

As a kid in Louisiana we hunted squirrel, nutria, alligators, wild boar and ducks.
Since moving out West, I have hunted elk, whitetail, mule-ies, caribou, javalina, jackrabbit and puma.
Recent hunts have included Oryx, Gemsbok, and coyotes.
I would like to include wolves in that list one day.....but the tree-huggers would throw me in jail if I admitted to it.

I second the nomination that elk is the tastiest! Mmmmmm....peppered elk jerky....OK maybe boar bacon comes in close second....
