How can i make my hair like Ashley Tisdales hair?

Like how can i make my hair straight on the top then curly on the bottom like this picture for example..

all you have to do is after washing your hair, part your hair off to one side. then use a flat iron to straighten your hair. when u are at the bottom of a piece of hair (with the flat iron), start to pull/drag the iron in towards your face.

Use a flat iron on top, and use a curling iron on the bottom
