I previously had contacts, but never glasses. The glasses seem a bit stronger than the contacts and make me a little dizzy. I JUST got them however, and I was wondering if they didn't some getting used to. Is all this normal? (is if my contacts didn't make me dizzy)

It's perfectly normal to me. Whenever I get a new pair of glasses, it usually takes my eyes maybe a day or so to get used to the new lenses. I think it's just a matter of having your eyes adjusting to a difference in prescription, or in your case, the fact that you are now wearing glasses.

Don't worry, it is normal. I wear contacts, but I also wear my glasses sometimes. When I first got my glasses and put them on, they hurt my eyes. I thought they were too strong and I thought about taking them back. Within a day or two, it was normal and I could actually see a little clearer with the glasses than with my contacts.

yeah, glasses make a kind of fishbowl kind of thing for me. I feel like every step I take, Im going downstairs.

It make take a while to get used to them, maybe a few days? If it goes on much longer, see your Dr again. Your perscription may be too strong.

hey! dont worry about it. It's just your eyes adjusting to the new perscription. It is perfectly normal for someone to feel dizzy or their eyes start hurting. But remember don't freak, it's normal.
