I asked this question yesterday and nobody quite didn't understood.I feel watched as if i'm on some t.v show like people watching and i feel that most of my friends talk behind my back which they don't i feel paranoid and i feel insecure most of the time from looks to studies can somebody please tell me what to do cuz it's getting frustrating!

Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? It sounds to me like that could very well be your problem. I have suffered from it for over 16 years now. I think what you described that you're feeling is referred to as "detachment". It is very common for people with anxiety. I feel that way often and I hate it.
If you have not been to your doctor about this, please go as soon as you can. There are meds that can help you with this and make you feel normal again. Well, paranoia is basically your fault. I don't think anyone is watching you, unless they have a good reason. Maybe you could be confidant about yourself for once. You know, ignoring what other people say and believing in yourself.
